This ritual is designed to enhance self confidence and allow us to be comfortable with our sexuality. This ritual can be done alone or with a partner (please only do sex rituals with a partner you are comfortable with and always be safe).
Doing this ritual solo can be extremely powerful and a great way to get to know and own your body.
Intent:
The intent of this spell is to use the power of sex to develop self-confidence and love in the pair of lovers (or solo practitioner).
Preparation:
1. First, find a location to perform the spell, ensure a secluded area away from all distractions. It is recommended to use private bedroom which gives intimacy as well as privacy.
2. Next, meditate. If doing this with a partner, both need to meditate. Clear the mind of all things. take time to meditate with your partner either cuddle up or sit in a salt circle.
3. Once both partners (or the individual) has cleared their minds, cleanse yourself/each other. It is suggested to bathe with cinnamon wash (available on my Etsy shop); wash from head to toe, this can be very intimate.
4. Next, prepare the location where you will perform the sex magic. (If this is to be done within a circle, cast the circle and do as follows:)
a. Wthin the bedroom; light red, white & pink candles. I suggest using increments of 6 candles.
b. Use incense of neroli, rose, lavender or sandalwood.
c. Set crystals of rose quartz & citrine next to where you'll be performing the ritual. As well as a yellow votive candle inscribed with the sigil I had sent via e-mail. You will light this candle once we begin the ritual. I also recommend keeping the sigil nearby and carry with you after the ritual so you continue to exude the self confidence from this spell.
The Ritual
1. Call the quarters (and cast the circle if you are performing the ritual within the circle). If you wish call upon your deities (I suggest deities such as Aphrodite/Venus and Pan).
2. Take a moment to meditate and ground yourself once again. Focus on the task at hand.
3. State the intention of the spell: Be clear and precise. If doing ritual with a partner state the intention together. Be sure to include:
a. The date you are performing the spell.
b. The itme you are performing the spell.
c. The phase of the moon.
d. Your name (and partner's name)
e. What you are wanting more confidence for, whether it is an upcoming event, job interview or just to feel good about yourself and project it to the world.
4. You may now light the yellow votive candle and it is to stay lit for the duration of the ritual and burn out on it's own.
5. Once the candle is lit, partners may begin sexual intercourse. There is no structure for the intercourse, positions are left up to the partners discretion. If you are performind solo you may masturbate in any method you prefer. Always keeping your mind on your intention, as you near climax, say:
"I have the confidence to be
witty, talkative and myself
around others"
Say this intention as you orgasm and feel the power of sex magick making your spell a reality, so mote it be.
Closing the Ritual:
1. Relax in each other's arms (if with a partner). Catch your breath and clear your mind once again.
2. When ready and mind is clear, thank any deities that have been present, and release the quarters/close the circle.
3. Carry the sigil with you wherever you go or to the event you are needing confidence for (I kept mine on a piece of paper to easily keep in my pocket). Be sure to let the yellow votive candle burn out on its own.
